Our story
BongX started as a product studio for mid-market operations teams that were stitching together spreadsheets, aging on-prem tools, and one-off scripts. The work was never about novelty. It was about making software that people would still trust after the implementation team left the building.
Today we design platforms for operations, integrations, and analytics. Clients reach us through bongosky.com. Leadership, engineering, and customer success sit in the United States so decisions stay close to the people who run the software.
James Carter, our Vice President of Customer Success, works from Dallas with buyers across Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast. The brief is the same in every market: clear scope, measured delivery, and software that holds up under real volume.
